Professional: Vennie was born a long time ago in the beautiful blue waters of the Caribbean. He grew up swimming from island to island, living in harmony with nature. After graduating from Coral College in the Caribbean, he was hired by Vendura Industries. His shell is one of the hardest natural surfaces on earth, much like Vendura’s solid surface shower bases and vanities. Personal: Vennie loves nature, and is proud of Vendura’s renewable properties. Vendura’s colors are varied and vivid, reminding him of his home. Vennie would love to hear from you!

Professional: Sam joined Team Vennie in April of 2023. Prior to that, he was a Student Assistant Coach for Concordia Men’s Basketball for 3 years and spent a year on the Cell & Gene Therapy Team at Xiogenix as a Business Development Associate. Sam graduated from Concordia Wisconsin in 2023 and looks forward to continue building positive relationships with his team, customers, and partners at Vendura. Personal:  Sam is very energetic and competitive in whatever he does. He loves being around people and overcoming challenges in a team atmosphere. In his free time, he loves to golf, go to sporting events, play guitar, and listen to live music.

Professional: Cristina is the General Manager at Vendura Industries. She has been with Vendura since 2012 and is known as the backbone of our company. She does a great job getting things done and holding others accountable. Cristina handles everything from accounting and payroll to purchasing and shipping. If you call Vendura and get her on the phone, she will surely be able to get you where you need to go! Personal: Most of the time when Cristina is not at the office she can be found outside. She loves to travel, tend to her garden, and go on long walks with her husband and their dog, Daisy. She finds much joy in supplying her family and the Vendura team with her amazing baked goods and other recipes from back home. Cristina also loves to spend time visiting her son, Sebastian, in Minnesota.

Professional: Marvin has been with Vendura Industries since August of 2022.  With over 30 years of successful sales and account management experience with Canon U.S.A., Inc. – Camera Division, Best Buy & Magnolia Hi-Fi, the U.S. Census Bureau, West Corporation, and Northern Tool & Supply, Marvin brings a wealth of marketing expertise, exceptional customer service and satisfaction, and product support and enthusiasm.  As Account Manager, Marvin takes care of our behavioral health, commercial, and residential quotes along with servicing our key OEM accounts.  Personal:  Marvin and his wife love to go to the movies, watching the Packers and Brewers on tv, travel, experience new places and restaurants, and spend time with family and friends. Marvin also enjoys doing family history and genealogy research, and has even traced several family lines back to the 1500s.

Professional: Megan graduated from Concordia University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2011 and Montana State University – Billings with a Master of Science in Athletic Training in 2013. She has 9 years of experience working in the sales/engineering field for commercial construction. She has worked at Vendura Industries since 2024 as the Product & Customer Success Manager. Personal: Megan is married (husband Chip) with one fur-child (Emma the husky – also “works” in the Vendura office). She played collegiate volleyball at Concordia and loves the Milwaukee Brewers. In 2024 she sold her home to live in an RV full time with the goal to be the youngest “snowbirds” with full-time careers. She loves to travel, ride her e-bike on local trails, and spend time with family and friends.

Professional: Shawn graduated from Northern Michigan University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Environmental Design. He has 21 years of experience working in the design/engineering field for different industries. He has worked at Vendura Industries since 2017 as the Manufacturing Engineer.  Personal: Shawn has two children and two stepchildren that always keep him on his toes, as he enjoys spending time with them in his free time. He is an avid sports fan and  played football at Northern Michigan University. Today, he is a bit more content watching the kids carry on the tradition.

Professional: David Rusher graduated from the Home Builder Institute of Technology in Reno, NV in 1990. After college, David spent nine years working in the field of agricultural science in California. In 2000, David relocated to Pardeeville, WI to pursue in situ polymerization. David joined the Vendura team in 2012 where he has pursued in his role as a Compliance/Quality Manager. David is the science behind the production, creating precise formulas to meet the criteria of every customer’s request.  Personal:  In 1993, David married his wife, Kelly, and raised two boys together. David and Kelly have enjoyed making private stock fruit wines to share with family and friends on special occasions for the past 16 years. One of David’s favorite hobbies is collecting rare silver coins and bars. He took interest at the age of ten, and it remains one of his favorite hobbies along with in-situ polymerization.

Professional: Jorge started in 1999 as a sander/finishing, moved to machine operator, then into current position. He is also handling more responsibilities as a project manager and taking some of the load off Mark. All the training has been on the job, so he knows Vendura inside and out. Being bi-lingual has been extremely helpful to Vendura and Jorge easily moves between languages. Personal: Jorge enjoys spending time in browsing in the automotive industry and loves checking out new car models. He describes himself as a very good cook; his kids rate him an 8-10. He enjoys watching all kinds of sports as well.

Professional: Leo installs shower walls, shower bases, counter and vanity tops. He communicates directly with the customer to assure the project will run smoothly. Leo has worked for Vendura for 10 years, he started out as a fabricator, then moved to casting, and leading which means Leo is an invaluable bank of knowledge and knows the Vendura products very well. Personal: Leo enjoys watching soccer and likes camping especially in Door County, Wisconsin. He also enjoys traveling, his favorite vacation has been to Florida and he said thanks to Vendura, he was able to take his entire family to Disney World.
